Who We Are
The
Restaurant
Olio is a small restaurant set on a quiet stretch south of Chiang Mai — between Hang Dong and Saraphi, away from the noise of the old city.
The building is plain by design: soft white plaster, terracotta floors, deep arches that catch the afternoon sun. A quiet nod to the minimal villas of southern Spain — built for cool shadows and slow afternoons.
The courtyard garden out front is where most tables sit — bulbs strung through the trees, gravel underfoot, the slow stretch of an evening. The kind of place a dinner takes its time.
We cook simply — Neapolitan-style pizza from the wood oven, ciabatta still warm from the kitchen, coffee and good wine when the night calls for it.
